What is the porous metal film filter?

Applications
Metal filter can filter out dust particles in the air (about 0.2μm) to coarse particles, filter size from 0.2μm to several hundred microns. Due to the high strength of dry metal, pressure filtration can increase the separation speed of filter and filtrate, so the filtration efficiency is increased. The permeability coefficient of the filter can be illustrated by the Darcy formula. Under laminar flow conditions, the volume flow rate per unit area is proportional to its pressure gradient and inversely proportional to the viscosity coefficient of the medium. The constant of proportionality is called the permeability coefficient of the material
