What is the porous metal film filter?
The metal film filter material is composed of the porous metal matrix and porous metal film. The porous metal matrix is sintered by metal powder or wire mesh and the porous metal film is a dense metal powder layer. The porous metal substrate provided product strength and porous metal film provides filtration accuracy.In terms of its structure, the metal membrane filter can also be called the filter element filter. The filter element is the sintered metal microporous filter element, which is made of porous material sintered by stainless steel metal powder. During filtration, when the particles in the reaction solution are larger than the micropore diameter, the particles will be blocked and cannot enter the filtration membrane. When the pore size of the membrane is larger than the particle size, the powder will enter the pore, and when it contacts and adheres to the inner wall of the micropore, the powder will be filtered out. As the filtration time goes by, the filter cake layer will gradually form outside the filter element, and the filtration flux will gradually decrease. When the pressure drop reaches a certain level, the filter element should be stopped for cleaning and regeneration.
