3D printing-- Development of printing process for titanium alloy 0.1mm layer thickness

According to the market situation of titanium alloy printing provided by the Marketing Department, the 3D printing Department aims to improve production efficiency and reduce printing costs for customers, provide customers with diversified printing solutions and enhance the company's competitiveness in the titanium alloy printing processing market. Based on the existing technology of 0.05μm and 0.07μm, the technology of 0.1mm layer thickness was developed. 6×3 factor orthogonal experiment was used for printing and the final experimental results were obtained. The 80-mesh sandpaper was used to polish the surface of the printed 10×10 solid blocks to the state of no defects. The Archimedean drainage method was used to conduct density test and the final density experimental data were all above 99.8%.
