The precise placement of the acetabular cup satisfies the safe range of abduction Angle of 40±10 degrees and anterior Angle of 15±10 degrees proposed by Lewinneck, which can provide patients with the maximum range of hip motion, reduce the risk of hip dislocation and maintain the stability of the lower limb dynamic line. In traditional total hip replacement, the physician mainly depends on experience and intraoperative AIDS to assist the insertion Angle of the acetabular cup, and after the operation, the abduction Angle and the inclination Angle are measured by two-dimensional X-ray film. If the acetabular cup model can be placed in accordance with the preset abduction Angle and inclination Angle before surgery, the simulated control model of acetabular cup placement can be obtained, so as to determine the digital model of the optimal scheme of acetabular cup implantation and provide the preoperative reference model for doctors. On the one hand, the accuracy of acetabular cup placement is very meaningful.
