The logistics support department of Guangzhou Sailong had printed and fired the ceramic sheet resistors with atomized core

On July 12, 2022, Zhang Xiangsong, the memebers of the  logistics support department of Guangzhou Sailong had printed ceramic sheet resistors with screen printing templates, there are 30 ceramic sheets with width of 0.8mm and 1.0mm, and fired the ceramic sheets after printing. The process was set as follows: 0~75℃ heating rate was 10℃/min, the process curve was set as 11 sections, and the maximum temperature was 1150℃.  After firing, it was found that the resistance value of two specifications of ceramic pieces was too large, and the size of ceraic pieces was obviously contracted, so it was necessary to change the ceramic pieces or adjust the process. And fine white sand was used in the firing process,which was bonded on the ceramic sheet after firing. Therefore,we will consider using coarse sand in the future.
