Thin wall sample printing

The production Technology department completed the printing of the thin-wall sample this week, and the thickness of the model is 0.4mm.The printing model was modified according to the customer's processing requirements, the printing accuracy of SEBM equipment and the technical accumulation of printing experience, and the wall thickness modification scheme of the two groups of models was determined. Finally, the Sailong’s SEBM equipment was used to complete the printing, and the ultrasonic flaw detector was used to check whether there were defects inside the printed parts, and the final result was no defects.(The Production Technology Department of Guangzhou Sailong/Liang Jingwu)
