On October 19, 2022, the production technology department of Guangzhou Sailong carried out the printing of titanium long dragon crafts. According to the printing requirements of the model, the original 150*150mm forming area could not meet the placement of parts.Therefore, the forming area of this printing is expanded. Through the understanding of the equipment and the deflection module test, we have increased the forming area of the bottom plate to 165*165mm.This attempt is a trial of the maximum forming area of the equipment. At the same time, the forming area of 170*170mm of the bottom plate is used to the limit, which is a great challenge for us. In conclusion, TC4 handicraft dragon is our first successful product printed using 165*165mm forming area, showing our company’s thorough application of equipment. And the forming area limit increased to 165*165mm compared to the original 150*150mm, which successfully completed the printing of this movable long dragon handicraft.
