3D printing department completed stacked artifact dragon printing

In order to improve the printing efficiency on the basis of the original printed artifact dragon, the 3D printing department developed the verification scheme of double-layer stacked printing in the early stage. Meanwhile, in order to reduce the time of adding support to the model in the early stage, the outer contour of the model was sketched on the 3D modeling software, and a solid thin plate close to the outline of the model's bottom surface was established for adding support to achieve the effect of combining multiple contour surfaces. Subsequently, the solid sheet is moved down to connect all the supports so that it will not fall and lead to nozzle blockage of spray gun when PRS is used for powder recovery. After the completion of verified printing, the conclusion is drawn to prove the reliability of the implementation of this scheme, and provide accurate reference data for subsequent printing.( 3D Printing Department of Guangzhou Sailong/Liang Jingwu)
