Guangzhou Sailong Additive Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 2018. It is jointly sponsored by northwest institute for non-ferrous metal research and state key laboratory of porous metal materials, and is a high-tech enterprise led by core members of the technical team. The company specializes in the research and development, production, sales and technical services of plasma rotary electrode atomization (PREP) technology and equipment, spherical metal powder, porous metal materials and powder metallurgy products.
The company has developed a new generation of PREP equipment for 3D printing needs, which is the first vertical PREP equipment in the world. The innovative desktop PREP equipment has a maximum electrode rod speed of 50,000 rpm. It has developed more than 40 kinds of high-quality spherical metal powder of TiNi, TiTa, TiAl, TiNbZr, and CoCrMo powder. The company developed hundreds of 3D printed complex metal components, provided more than 1,000 pieces of customized orthopedic implant materials to more than 20 authoritative hospitals in China, and is the first in the world to achieve metal tantalum implants of Electron beam 3D printing and clinical applications.
The company is mainly engaged in the design, development, production and sales of metal powder, porous metal materials, PREP powder equipment and additive manufacturing products. Products have been widely used in aerospace, medical, petrochemical and metallurgy industry and other fields.

Cooperated with Tsinghua University to develop SEBM 250 electron beam 3D printer with independent intellectual property rights.
2009-2010
Conquered the 3D printing technology of titanium alloy and superalloy,and the products were successfully applied in aerospace,clinical medicine and other fields.
2013
Established Xi’an Sailong Metal Materials Co., Ltd.
2015-2016
Developed PREP equipment,developed the first commercial SEBM equipment in China.

Established Guangzhou Sailong Additive Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
