SEBM（Selective Electron Beam Melting）

Spherical metal powder is used as raw material and electron beam is used as energy source. At the beginning of the process, powder is evenly spread on a specific metal base plate, and the powder is slightly sintered by powder bed preheating. The 2D data is melted over a selection of the powder bed to form a cross section of the part. Then the bottom plate is lowered by one layer, and the above process is repeated, and the design part is finally formed. The entire molding process is kept in a high vacuum environment (10-3Pa) to prevent oxidation or nitridation of metal parts and powders

The formed parts can be separated directly from the bottom plate without wire-cutting which can avoid secondary pollution effectively.

Particularly suitable for high-quality forming of TC4、CoCrMo、Ta and other active, high melting point medical materials.

Standard TC4 forming process package, CoCrMo and Ta forming process package are optional.

PREP(Plasma Rotary Electrode Atomization)

High-speed dynamic sealing structure: the electric spindle is 24,000 rpm, the working speed can reach 20,000 rpm/min, and the high-precision encoder closed-loop control speed is 3-5 rpm;

The high-current flexible coupling reduces the noise of the equipment: the maximum power supply current of the power supply is 4000A, and the noise is ≤85dB;

High-efficiency and high-power inverter power supply: the power utilization rate is ~90%, and the power of melting 75mm titanium rods is less than 100kW;

Plasma gun that can confine high energy density: can melt all metals below 3410 ℃
