What is the porous metal film filter?
The metal film filter material is composed of the porous metal matrix and porous metal film. The porous metal matrix is sintered by metal powder or wire mesh and the porous metal film is a dense metal powder layer. The porous metal substrate provided product strength and porous metal film provides filtration accuracy.Stainless steel filter tube is made of 304, 316 and other materials of stainless steel wire by warp and weft of the net, flat weave, twill weave, mainly used for solid-liquid separation, filtration, is an important product in modern industry.
Principle
The blind end filtering process
| 1) The fluid carries suspended particles into the filter, the fluid passes through the filter element, and the suspended particles are intercepted on the surface of the filter element to form a filter cake layer; |
| 2) Due to the existence of the cake layer, the fluid is purified by the mechanism of cake layer filtration when passing through the cake layer. The actual particle size of the dust removed from the fluid is far less than the nominal filtration accuracy of the filter element, and the fluid is thoroughly purified; |
| 3) With the increase of cake layer thickness, the filtration resistance also increases gradually. When the filtration resistance reaches a fixed value, the system automatically starts the back blowing, and the filter element is sprayed back into the filter element through the high-pressure clean fluid, so that the filter cake layer attached to the surface of the filter element falls off, and the pressure drop of the filter is restored to a low value. |
