What is the porous metal film filter?
The metal film filter material is composed of the porous metal matrix and porous metal film. The porous metal matrix is sintered by metal powder or wire mesh and the porous metal film is a dense metal powder layer. The porous metal substrate provided product strength and porous metal film provides filtration accuracy.Stainless steel filter, by the shell, multiple filter element, backwashing mechanism, and differential pressure controller and other parts of the composition of the stainless steel filter shell, the inner chamber is divided into the upper and lower two chambers, the upper chamber is equipped with a plurality of filter element, so as to make full use of the filter space, significantly reduce the volume of the filter, the lower chamber is installed with a backwash suction cup. When working, the turbid liquid enters the lower cavity of the filter through the entrance, and then enters the inner cavity of the filter element through the bulkhead hole. Impurities larger than the filter element gap are intercepted, the net liquid through the gap to the upper chamber, and finally sent out from the outlet.
