The proximal double hook structure of the fixing block, on the one hand, bypasses the large trochanter at the proximal end of the femur, and the sharp tooth shape at the end of the double hook is pierced into the rotor socket for fixation, which has the advantages of dispersing the force of the screw and improving the stability of the fixing block; On the one hand, the double-hook structure has a small cross-sectional area, which can avoid the blind hole at the far end of the muscle starting and stopping point, that is, it can be flexibly matched with the rod. Two screw holes are arranged in the middle of the two blind holes. Under natural processing conditions, there is a certain area of connecting holes between the cap surface of the screw hole and the inner wall of the blind hole, and the screw can further pressurize and lock the rod.
