Guangzhou Sailong has completed the development of silver alloy material powder process

From July 4 to 5, 2022. Liang Jingwu ,the staff of production technology department, carried out the development of three different components of silver alloy powder technology. He operated Xi'an Sailong desktop-level plasma rotary atomization powder making equipment, and after debugged different current and different speed for developing the powder making process, the optimal process parameters obtained by testing are as follows:

(1) Silver alloy-1: the yield of -150 μm is 88%.

(2) Silver alloy-2: the yield of -150 μm is 61.5%.
