Guangzhou Sailong to explore tantalum ring polishing process

Last week, the production technology department of Guangzhou sailong polished the tantalum irregular parts. The size of this part is about 18mm long, 16mm wide and 1.8mm thick Mobius ring shape jewelry pieces. The polishing technology requirements are relatively high when the surface reaches the brightness level.

First of all, the surface of the hand sanding machine is roughed with the impeller of the sandpaper. For the special Angle position, the pneumatic ultrasonic file is used to process the surface. After the surface reaches a certain roughness, it is polished with the polishing sand ring in turn to eliminate the fine scratches on the surface and achieve a smooth surface.

Then the oily diamond polishing paste is used with the wool head grinding head, and the polishing paste is used from low to high number of eyes in turn. The appropriate amount of polishing paste and water are added in the polishing process to prevent the polishing effect from being affected by the high temperature during polishing. In addition, each polishing time should not be too long to see the surface brightness degree to judge about 2 ~ 5 minutes, in order to achieve the final polishing effect.
