What is the porous metal film filter?
Metal filter is the general name of precision filter, filter effect has general, high efficiency, precision, three. The main materials are stainless steel mesh, sintered mesh, sintered felt, honeycomb core and other efficient filter material processing. The filter medium can be from large to small or even accurate to micron. Widely used in pharmaceutical, machinery, electric power, chemical, food processing, oil refining, steel mills, sewage treatment, precision filtration, scientific experiments and other industries.The metal film filter material is composed of the porous metal matrix and porous metal film. The porous metal matrix is sintered by metal powder or wire mesh and the porous metal film is a dense metal powder layer. The porous metal substrate provided product strength and porous metal film provides filtration accuracy.

Applications
Metal filter can filter out dust particles in the air (about 0.2μm) to coarse particles, filter size from 0.2μm to several hundred microns. Due to the high strength of dry metal, pressure filtration can increase the separation speed of filter and filtrate, so the filtration efficiency is increased. The permeability coefficient of the filter can be illustrated by the Darcy formula. Under laminar flow conditions, the volume flow rate per unit area is proportional to its pressure gradient and inversely proportional to the viscosity coefficient of the medium. The constant of proportionality is called the permeability coefficient of the material
