Our company's spherical CoCrMo powder is prepared by the plasma rotary electrode atomization process with good fluidity and almost no hollow powder, which widely used in medical implant.CoCrMo alloy (cobalt-chromium-molybdenum) is a kind of cobalt-based alloy, also known as Stellite alloy, is a kind of wear resistance and corrosion resistance cobalt-based alloy. The initial cobalt-based alloy was cobalt-chromium binary alloy, then developed into cobalt-chrome-tungsten ternary component, and then cobalt-chrome-molybdenum alloy was developed later. Cobalt-chrome-molybdenum alloy takes cobalt as the main component, containing a considerable amount of chromium, molybdenum and a small amount of nickel, carbon and other alloying elements, and occasionally also contains iron alloy. Depending on the composition of the alloy, they can be made into welding wire, powder for hard surface surfacing, thermal spraying, spray welding and other processes, can also be made into casting and forging parts and powder metallurgy parts
