Porous tantalum right acetabular pad printed

The production Technology Department of the company carried out the printing of the right acetabular pad of the tantalum metal implant independently developed by Southwest Hospital. This is the second case of the company's self-designed and printed production of the acetabular joint based on the patient's CT data.

On the premise that the core parameter CE Angle provided by Southwest Hospital met the requirements, the implant design and simulation were carried out, and then the model was optimized to improve the fitting degree between the pad and the pelvic outer plate and the distance between the fitting bottom surface and the surface of the femoral head, and the model was produced after confirmation.Through the research and development of the product, the specification was confirmed and then the production was carried out, which demonstrated the company's design strength in medical implant products and our strong strength in the tantalum printing production in the emerging stage .(Guangzhou Sailong Production Technology Department/Hou Xianlang)
