Preparation progress of nickel base alloy powder in Logistics Support Department of Guangzhou Sailong

From September, Zhang Xiangsong and Xiao Jialin from the Logistics Support Department began to gradually take over the plasma rotating electrode atomization powder equipment managed by Liang Jingwu and Zhang Kang from the production technology Department. They began to familiarize themselves with the operation process and precautions of the powder making equipment. The first week of September, nickel base alloy powder was prepared,there were 3 nickel-base alloy bars, a total of 2.79kg, and 2.18kg nickel base alloy powder was prepared, which was screened and sealed. Among them, 0.97kg of particle size was larger than 80μm, and the yield was 34.77%, and the particle size less than 80μm was 1.21kg, and the yield was 43.37%.
