The Design and printing of vase exhibits

The production technology department of the company makes use of electron beam 3D printing technology to quickly prepare parts of various shapes and specifications of metal materials.

According to the requirements of Caihui Group on exhibits, the design, process formulation and preparation of special-shaped craft vases were carried out, among which the electron beam printing part was completed by SEBM equipment developed by the company. According to the characteristics of 65° unsupported printing of the electron beam equipment, the design is made and the printing process is adjusted to ensure that the thin-walled entity of the special-shaped craft vase is formed without warping. The successful preparation of special-shaped vases shows the company's deep strength in printing special-shaped parts and further expands the communication between the company and Caihui Group.
