What is the porous metal filter disc?
Metal filter disc sintered by powder metallurgy after forming. Metal filter disc are usually made of stainless steel, iron, nickel, titanium, monel and other raw materials into crucible, dish, tube, plate, film and other different shapes.Porous titanium plate is made of industrial high purity titanium powder (99.4%) as raw material, through the powder classification, molding, sintering, mechanical welding and other processes made of a new type of efficient porous filter material, because its pores and filtration accuracy can be adjusted in a wide range. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, water treatment industry, food industry, biological engineering, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, metallurgy industry and gas purification field. It is a new filter material with broad development prospects.
