   The production technology Department of Guangzhou Sailong completed the 3D printing trial production of titanium golf club heads this week.The height of the golf club head parts is 118mm, the thinest wall thickness is only 0.7mm, and the external surface curvature is large with the internal suspension structure.The parts are formed by electron beam selective melting, and no support is added in the inner cavity except the suspended structure, which avoids the problem that the internal support can not be removed and the appearance deformation caused by forming stress in selective laser melting.
