The production technology department of Guangzhou Sailong completed the printing of titanium alloy medical parts iliac bone wing prosthesis

On August 26, 2022, The Production Technology Department completed the printing and delivery of iliac wing prosthesis of titanium alloy medical parts for a medical device company，The iliac bone wing prosthesis is divided into youth type and adult type, with a total of 20 specifications, and 120 pieces need to be mass-printed and produced.The printed trabecular bone was a disordered pore structure with a pore size of 500±300μm, a filament diameter of 500±200μm, and a porosity of 50%-80%.With the cooperation of production technicians, our equipment printed nine times in total, and the delivery work was successfully completed.
