Features

High strength

Titanium alloys typically have a density of about 4.51g/cm3, only 60% of that of steel. The strength of some high-strength titanium alloys exceeds that of many alloyed structural steels. As a result, titanium alloys have a higher specific strength (strength/density) content than other metallic structural materials, and can be produced with high unit strength, good stiffness and light weight parts. Aircraft engine parts, skeleton, skin, fasteners and landing gear all use titanium alloy.

High strength

It can work continuously at the temperature of 450 ~ 500℃. The two titanium alloys are still high in the range of 150℃ ~ 500℃. The specific strength of aluminum alloy decreases significantly at 150℃. The operating temperature of titanium alloy can reach 500℃, while the operating temperature of aluminum alloy can be below 200℃.

Good corrosion resistance

Titanium alloys work in twisted seawater and are far more resistant to corrosion than stainless steel. It is particularly resistant to pitting, acid and stress corrosion; Resistant to alkalis, chlorides, chlorics, nitric and sulfuric acids.

Good low temperature performance

Titanium alloys can still maintain their mechanical properties at low and very low temperatures. Titanium alloys with good low temperature properties and very low clearance elements (such as TA7) can maintain a degree of plasticity at -253°C. Therefore, titanium alloy is also an important low-temperature structural material.

High chemical activity

Titanium has high chemical activity, and in the atmosphere with O2, N2, H2, CO, CO2, water vapor, ammonia and other strong chemical reactions. When the carbon content is greater than 0.2%, it has been in titanium alloy. When the temperature rises 600℃, titanium absorbs oxygen and forms a hardened layer with high hardness. An increase in hydrogen content; A hard surface layer of TiN is also formed when it interacts with N at higher temperatures. Embrittlement layers will also form. The depth of hard and brittle surface produced by gas absorption can reach 0.1-0.15mm, and the hardening degree is 20%-30%. Titanium also has a high chemical affinity and is able to reach friction surfaces.

Application of High Quality Metal Powder Rolled porous metal filter disc

Mainly used in liquid filtration beverage, food, brewing industry, sterilization filtration; industrial acid-alkali liquid filtration, alcohol recovery and other industries, various liquid filtration, large infusion, powder needle, water needle injection decarbonization filtration, various gas vapor, etc.
