Titanium mesh printing work

       Recently, the production technology Department of the company completed the printing and delivery of the titanium mesh plate of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. This printing uses the powder bed electron beam in the printing process of pre-sintering process, forming titanium mesh parts, the mesh structure does not add any support, but the part of the structure adopts the suspension support. This method significantly reduces the printing cost and time of the model, and at the same time, reduces the post-processing work and ensures less support residue on the surface of the part. Titanium mesh printing gives full play to the advantages of powder bed electron beam printing and overcomes the difficulty of adding a lot of support to laser printing mesh structure.
