What is sintered metal powder filter element?
Sintered metal powder filter element adopts metal powder as raw material without adding adhesive. After forming by cold isostatic pressing, it is made by vacuum sintering at high temperature. By selecting metal powder particle size and process parameters, the pore size and distribution of the components can be adjusted. Using the characteristics of pore structure, material composition and compressive strength of different filtration materials, we develop filtration products that are finally suitable for users.
