The metal composite membrane filter material is composed of metal porous matrix and metal porous membrane, in which the metal porous matrix is metal powder sintering or metal wire mesh sintering, the metal porous membrane layer is a dense metal powder sintering layer, the metal porous matrix provides the material strength, the metal porous membrane layer provides the filtration separation accuracy.

Applications
Porous metal film filter can be used in different industries, for instance, petrochemical industry,metallurgy industry, water treatment plant, the oil industry and pharmaceutical industry for hot gas, high temperature flue gas, water, oil, chemical filtration.
1.Application of fine chemical filtration process of titanium sintered membrane and microporous membrane: It is used to recover precious metal catalyst in the process of synthesizing vitamin A, E and other medical intermediates. The process of producing rosin derivatives linalool and spice derivatives is used to recover precious metal catalysts. It is used to recover precious metal catalysts in the process of producing brassicines and alkyl piperidine.
2. Application of fine filtration in food industry: Used for refining industrial steam, as well as fine filtration of sugar liquid and wine. It is used for filtration of residual yeast and diatomite in beer production. It is used to remove and recover catalysts in various hydrogenation industries.
3. Environmental protection and sampling applications: for all kinds of liquid filtration, particulate solid enrichment. It is used for dust filtration in high temperature flue gas and clean filtration of gas-liquid sampling points. Used for filtration of gas and liquid samples in chromatographic analysis.
