What is the porous metal film filter?
The metal film filter material is composed of the porous metal matrix and porous metal film. The porous metal matrix is sintered by metal powder or wire mesh and the porous metal film is a dense metal powder layer. The porous metal substrate provided product strength and porous metal film provides filtration accuracy.Stainless steel powder sintered filter material (including tube type and plate type) is a micro-filter element made of 304.304L.316.316L powder through screening, molding and sintering. According to user requirements, the production of various shapes, structures, different particle size, porosity of porous elements, such as: cover, cap, sheet, tube, rod filter element. Stainless steel powder sintered filter material is a new kind of filter material with wide development prospect.
