Plasma silk atomizing pulverizing equipment is a new generation of aero-grade 3D printing pulverizing equipment independently designed and manufactured by New Additive Manufacturing Research Institute of Jihua Laboratory over two years. Basic principle
It is based on the principle of DC plasma high-temperature melting atomization technology. The raw metal wire is simultaneously melted and atomized into fine metal droplets by high temperature and high speed hot plasma jets generated by multiple uniformly arranged plasma torches, and finally solidified and cooled into fine metal powder. Compared with the traditional real air atomization pulverization technology, plasma atomization technology has been greatly improved in powder quality, cost control and application range.
