Product  introduction

Basic principle
A new type of centrifugal atomization process was used to produce special powder materials for 3D printing. The refined masterbatch melt is efficiently atomized into a large number of droplets by a new ultra-high speed centrifugal atomizer designed independently. The droplets are spheroidized and solidified into powder during flight, realizing large-scale production of aluminum alloy and copper alloy. Compared with the traditional gas atomization process, the centrifugal atomization process of JHL-CA50 powder particle size powder range is narrow, the powder yield of 15-53μm can exceed 60%, less than 15μm powder yield is lower than 5%, the consumption of argon is greatly reduced, the powder quality and quality stability is better.

Environment and installation requirements
Operating environment
(1) Equipment operating temperature: 0-40ºC;
(2) Humidity requirements: relative humidity is less than 90%;
(3) Power requirements: three-phase four-wire, 380V AC, 50Hz;
(4) Cooling water: circulating cooling water, the cooling water of each power supply shall adopt the standard of deionized water first.

(1) Bearing capacity of the site: the total weight of the main equipment is about 30 tons, and the foundation of the plant is required to meet the corresponding bearing capacity;
(2) The equipment covers an area of equipment size: 6 ≤7 m; Width ≤6m; Height ≤7 m (can be designed on site according to equipment requirements)
(3) Plant height: the total design height of the equipment is about 7 meters, the net height of the plant should not be less than 9 meters, and the corresponding lifting equipment should be used for equipment lifting;
(4) The equipment installation site shall be equipped with lighting and forced discharge devices;
(5) The atomizing and protecting gas is generally argon. It is recommended that the purity of argon is > 99.999%, and the maximum supply flow (gas replacement) of atomized argon is greater than 300m3/h;
(6) Gas pressure for protection and control shall not be higher than 1MPa and flow rate shall be 30m3/h;
